lib64ffi-dev software package provides Foreign Function Interface library (development files, 64bit), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64ffi-dev
lib64ffi-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64ffi-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64ffi-dev *
You will get with lib64ffi-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
